Do you clean furnished houses? Or only vacated end of lease empty properties?

We clean both end of lease vacated houses for people to get their bond back and furnished houses, but there are some breakable items that we don't move. In general furnished houses take longer to clean than empty houses, so they will cost more to clean.

How many cleaners do you send?

At Bond back Cleaning we usually work in teams of 2 or 3 cleaners at once, however we can always arrange more or less depending on the size of the property.

How long does it take to get my venue cleaned at the end of a lease?

Depending on the size and condition of your property, it may take from 3-5 hours to get it to a stage where you will get your bond back.

Do you clean carpets?

At Bond back Cleaning we specialise in cleaning all types of carpets and rugs.

Do you clean tiles in bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes we do, but if you’re have discoloured grout or if your tiles are in a very bad condition you must let us know as this requires pressure cleaning which can be expensive, and can only be provided upon request.

Do you clean windows?

As part of our end of lease clean we at bond back cleaning always clean the windows from inside as part of our end of lease clean, but the outside of the window is only cleaned on request.

Do you clean balconies?

Yes we can clean balconies as part of an end of lease clean – but only upon request.

Do you clean wooden floors?

An end of lease clean includes sweeping and mopping hard wood floors, and we also have polishing and waxing services, but only provided upon request as part of an end of lease clean.

Do you clean ovens and fridges?

Yes, this is always done in an end of lease clean by Bond back Cleaning.

How many days in advance do I need to make a booking?

As soon as you can, as we are always busy at Bond back Cleaning and appreciate as much lead time as possible, as the time you may need it may be booked if you leave things to the last minute.

Do you guarantee getting my bond back?

At Bond Back Cleaning we help you get your bond back, unless the property is beyond cleaning, however, we are rarely unable to get the property to an acceptable standard.

What happens if my real estate agent complains about the cleaning?

Bond Back Cleaning will go back and clean the items required at no extra cost, providing that the invoice has been paid in full on time. All we require is an email with the list of end of lease cleaning items that require re-cleaning from you or from your real estate agent and at least one days notice. All complaints must be made within 36 hours of cleaning being completed, or we will not be able to accept it, as dust builds back quickly, so you must check the property within 36 hours after is has been cleaned.
